I was hoping this would be more reminiscent of my beloved Shiner White Wing, a witbier that as far as I know has been out of production for around a decade at this point. Unfortunately Ruby Sunburst is nothing like White Wing. It’s very heavy on the citrus flavor, so much so that it kind of reminds me more of a seltzer than it does a beer. It’s drinkable, but definitely wouldn’t recommend.
